Tell us the room
Share the date, headcount and setting: an office floor, a studio, a wedding or a launch.

We compose the service
We tune the cart, menu, ceremony and co-branded cups to the moment and your guest count.

We arrive and whisk
Our instructor sets up, whisks the proper way, and serves. You simply gather and slow down.

Office activations, team catering and brand moments. The cart, an instructor, ceremonial matcha and in-house espresso brought to your floor.
Weddings
A quiet matcha bar for the day, with ceremonial service for guests or a private whisking ceremony for the couple.
Private
Birthdays, showers, intimate gatherings. The full ritual, set up in your home or chosen space.

A weekly seat at our table.
Each week we hold a guided ceremony led by our resident Urasenke-certified instructor. Eight seats, whisked the traditional way with the same quiet care we bring on location.

Where is Gleam & Sip located?
We are at 215 Madison Avenue in Toronto's Annex, a one-minute walk from Dupont Station.
What are the café hours?
We are open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM through October 31. Winter hours begin November 1: daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
When do you deliver?
We make two local delivery rounds each week: Monday or Tuesday afternoon, and Thursday or Friday afternoon. We confirm the exact day and time after checkout. The delivery minimum is $20 before tax.
Do you provide matcha catering?
Yes. Our mobile matcha cart, tea experiences and corporate workshops are available across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
